1988 İstanbul, Beşiktaş doğumlu. Kurumsal eğitim ve gelişim sosyoloğu olarak çalışmalar yapmakta. Yönetim organizasyon alanında uzmanlığını alan Yüceerim, işletmelerin uçtan uca kurumsal gelişim, değişim ve dönüşüm süreçlerini tasarlamakta ve süreçleri yönetmektedir. İnsan kaynakları alanında çok uluslu şirket tecrübesine de sahip olan Yüceerim, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde ve Hollanda'da çeşitli gruplara eğitimler verdi. Uzakdoğu'da Çin, Bangladeş, Pakistan ve Hindistan gibi ülkelerde İnsan Kaynakları süreçleri kurdu ve işe alım faaliyetleri gerçekleştirdi.
Kendi sosyal girişimleri ile 2011 yılında Bilgi Üniversitesi'nden Yılın En İyi 10 Sosyal Girişimcisinden biri seçildi.
Dijital ve yüzyüze eğitim faaliyetlerinde bulunmasının yanı sıra profesyonel koçluk projelerinde yer alan Gökhan, evli ve bir çocuk babası.
